Returns and exchange policy

We hope you love your purchase from home decorations, we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt please inspect your order and if you receive an item which is not according to the committed specification or faulty at the time of delivery you can only exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order as we do not accept returns. You can also get a credit voucher which will be redeemable in future against any product available in store. While applying for exchange please note

You are only eligible to exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be Unused and must be in their original packing with all tags intact.

Customer is Liable for appropriate packing of items so that we receive them back undamaged

Please send back the invoice for the extraction of customer's information

As soon as we receive your items back our customer care team will contact you for processing of your exchange
